CERTIFIED  BOB ROSS  PAINTING INSTRUCTOR

MRS. KAY LENHERR

Kay has always been interested in art. She took her first oil painting lesson at the age of eleven. At which time she produced several paintings, two of which are displayed at home.  While raising a family, some etchings were made of two growing sons, homes, and cranes on the tile roof. Pencils and pastels were used for portability and quick setup.

After completing her college degree in her thirties, she worked for several years in business, all the while maintaining her interest in drawing.

Several years ago, after watching the Bob Ross TV show, she was delighted to find a local class and signed up for each beautiful painting that was presented. Firmly hooked by now on "The Joy of Painting", she enrolled in the Bob Ross teacher program, and is now Certified to teach in floral, landscape, portrait and wildlife.

She encourages everyone with the desire in their hearts to be an artist to experience the joy of painting also.
